MALE MASTURBATION GUIDE

THE MASTURBATION GUIDE
Given the amount of attention to this important body part, it is strange that there is so much myth, mystery and misinformation about the penis. First off, there are no bones or muscles in the penis. In fact, the penis is made up primarily of spongy tissue, which becomes engorged with blood during erection.
Many of the masturbation techniques presented here take some time to perfect, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t get immediate results. With a little patience, however, even a novice can master and enjoy any of the techniques presented here.

Virtual Ass
Lie down on your side and grab your penis from the left side rather than the right (if you’re right-handed). To do this, rotate your wrist so your thumb is pointing down; you may have to pull your penis slightly to the side. Roll over further and brace your hand against the bed, and thrust your penis in and out of your hand. This closely mimics the movements of shagging. It’s a very different feeling to masturbate by moving your pelvis rather than your hand. It’s also fun to put your other hand down and feel your scrotum moving back and forth as you pump in and out of “the vagina”. You can also do this standing up, but you have to be careful not to let your hands take over the motion.
Rosy Palm
Place some lubrication on the palm of one hand. Then, slowly rub the tip of your penis against the lubricated palm. Continue rubbing, varying the speed to suit your pleasure. You’ll find that this produces a unique type of orgasm.
Popping the Cork
With one hand, hold the base of the penis firmly in an O shaped grip. With the other hand, use a circular motion starting about 1/3 of the way down the penis. Spiral your grip towards the top, giving extra attention to the head of the penis as your palm and fingers pass over it. When you’re about to orgasm, get both hands just underneath the tip and use strong circular motions to try to “pop” your cork. Let the champagne fly!!!
Static Charge
Gently pinch the loose skin just below the tip of the penis. Begin rubbing your fingers together, as though you were feeling a piece of soft cloth. You won’t feel much until you hit the final surge, but it will come on like a wave.
Tip Tracing
With one hand, masturbate normally. With one finger of the other hand, trace light circles around the tip of penis. You may find that this produces a stronger, more intense orgasm than usual.

Belly Rub
Make sure you’re fully erect, then tilt your penis straight up towards your belly button and slowly rub the shaft against your stomach. Hold your penis just below the tip, using your thumb to press your penis into your stomach. Increase speed and direction to suit your taste. A little lubrication on this one will increase the sensations.
Milk It
Lube up both hands, and then make a ring around the base of your penis with your thumb and one finger. Slide the ring from the base towards the tip. As you reach the tip, repeat the motion with the other hand. Ideally, you want to be starting at the base with one hand just as the other is reaching the tip. All strokes go from the base of the penis to the tip. A strong erection and a very strong orgasm are common with this technique.
Twister
Lie on your back with your penis pointing straight up in the air. Grab the base of the penis with one hand and begin to stroke with a quick, circular motion. Keep the strokes short and vary the speed until you get the head of the penis to whip around in a motion opposite your hand. Timing is the most important factor here. Note: This method can be messy when you ejaculate.
Steam Bath
Make sure you’re naked for this one. Wait until you’re alone at your home, and then run your shower on its hottest setting for a few minutes. Let the bathroom and shower get really steamy, then shut off the water, dry your hands get into the shower, closing the door or curtain and masturbate normally. The heat from the floor of the shower and the rising steam will add sublime pleasure to your session.
Tap Through
Get an erection, but keep your underwear on. Tap on the tip of the penis with your fingers. This may take some time to result in orgasm, but you’ll feel strong new sensations as a result.

Igloo
Masturbate normally until you are fully aroused and almost to the point of ejaculation. When you feel yourself nearing the point of no return, pick up several ice cubes and begin to masturbate while holding the cubes. For a variation, try crushed ice.
Sack in Hand
While masturbating, reach down with your other hand and cup your scrotum. Depending on your preferences, you may like a little or a lot of pressure in this area. As you get close to orgasm, squeeze a little harder. You’ll feel the semen pumping throughout your scrotum and into your shaft as you orgasm, making for an intense experience

7 ways to Wank your wood.
Sometimes, a guy just needs some alone time to reconnect. Then there are times when we just want to get so

me satisfaction without having to seduce and take our time pleasing someone else. And so, I introduce to you masturbation techniques.
Of course, I’m not suggesting that you begin masturbating chronically and show your girl the door. Oh no. But every now and then, if you feel the need to stroke it, here are seven masturbation techniques you should try out for a little variety.

1- The Cold Climax

In the first of our masturbation techniques, masturbate as you normally would, but when you feel the sensation of ejaculation coming on, grab hold of some ice cubes or crushed ice with the other hand, and then continue masturbating to completion. The feeling of cold in one hand, heat in the other, and the sensation of ejaculating will enhance the experience.

2- Rings Around Your Penis

Cover both your hands with lube, and form a ring with your thumb and forefinger. Place it around the base of your penis. Slide the ring up to the base of the glans (where the head starts). Now form a ring with the fingers on your other hand and do the same thing. Keep stroking with one ring at a time until you climax.

3- The Palm Rubber

Once you’re erect, place some lube on the inside of one hand, and rather than rub your penis with your hand, keep rubbing the tip of your penis against the palm of your hand to orgasm.

4- The ball holder
The next time you’re masturbating and feel as though you’re about to ejaculate, put your other hand over your scrotum and lightly squeeze and pull it down (or more aggressively, if you like that sort of thing). That way, you get to feel your semen travelling through your body, making its way to the exit.
5- The gentle tap
Although you have to have a sensitive penis for this to work effectively, this will at least demonstrate that you don’t if it doesn’t work. Keep your underwear on and make yourself erect. Once you’re at your fullest erectness, tap the tip of your penis with the tips of your fingers. It should take somewhat longer than usual for you to reach climax but when you do, oh yeah…
6- Screw your hand
While standing, twist your lubed-up hand (whichever you’re most comfortable using) so that your thumb is against your belly button. Wrap your hand around your penis and, rather than stroke with your hand, move your pelvis to pump in and out of your hand. It’ll make you feel like you’re actually penetrating a vagina. Okay, maybe not.
7- The plastic bag
In your bedroom (or someone else’s if you wish), fill a plastic sandwich bag with petroleum jelly and put your erect penis in the bag, squishing the jelly so that your entire penis is covered. Then, place your penis, still in the bag, between the mattress and the box spring. Pump in and out to orgasm. The best part? No mess.

And there you have it. Masturbation techniques for seven days… not in a row, of course.
Until next time, spank and choke that sucker to perfection.

Prostate Masturbation

It is no secret – most of us men masturbate regularly. However, its possible that prostate masturbation is new territory, and this section is designed to help you navigate it well.
Prostate masturbation can help you to not only locate your prostate gland, but also to get comfortable with all your prostate has to offer – in other words, a whole world of heightened, deepened sexual sensations that happen before orgasm, and are separate from orgasm.
Most men have been taught that orgasm and ejaculation are the focus of masturbation and sex with a partner. Or you might think there is something “un-manly”” about enjoying the whole experience of arousal before orgasm.
Focusing on the process – rather than the outcome – of sexual arousal and intimacy can offer you a limitless arena of greater pleasure, intimacy and skill as a lover. Prostate masturbation can help shift your focus from the outcome and open you up to the rich world of experience and process, which eventually can include orgasm without ejaculation and multiple orgasms.
There are different ways to stimulate your prostate: manually (with your finger or someone else’s!) with sex toys, or even with contractions of your PC muscles. Including your penis and perineum – the smooth area between your anus and testicles – can greatly heighten pleasure and sensitivity as you play with prostate masturbation.
To get you comfortable and started, try out our prostate masturbation exercise below.

Prostate Masturbation: A Guided Exercise

Set aside about 45 minutes for this exercise. You don’t need much – some lube, a sex toy, a towel or two and a comfortable spot.
1. A nice hot shower is a great way to wash off the day and get fully relaxed.
2. Set out your materials within arms reach in your comfortable spot.
3. Get comfortable, lying on your back, with your knees slightly bent. If you are using your finger rather than a sex toy, it can be a little harder to reach your prostate, so experimenting with the position of your body as you go along will be helpful.
4. Using lube as you wish, arouse yourself slightly – by touching your body and/or penis, balls and perineum, but just to the point of feeling turned on, not so much that you are ready to orgasm.
5. If you haven’t already, apply some lube to your finger or and touch and explore the opening to your anus. You might even try this while touching your cock at the same time. The key here is to stay relaxed.
6. If you are using your finger – ok – but if you are planning on using a sex toy, put some lube on the toy itself. Begin to gently press into your anus, slowly. You might want to keep touching your penis or your body to stay relaxed and aroused.
7. The more relaxed and aroused you are, the more your anus will relax and the more it will actually begin to invite your finger or the sex toy in.
8. Play with pressure, motion – side to side, back and forth, circular, in and out – as well as depth. Notice what you like and what feels best to you.
9. Begin to focus on the front wall of your anus – the front wall is toward the direction of your penis or toward the front of your body. About 1 or 2 inches inside your rectum you may begin to feel you’re prostate. It is a walnut-sized, roundish gland that sits below your bladder and can be located by touching the front wall of your anus, and likely feels sensitive and amazing to your touch.
10. Experiment with touching and stimulate your prostate alone, without touching anywhere else on your body. Try “milking” the prostate or a “come here” motion with your finger or the sex toy. You may notice extreme pleasure from just this alone.
11. Also experiment with stimulating your prostate while touching your penis, body, perineum and balls at the same time. This may enhance your overall pleasure and sensation, and it may accelerate your arousal level and make you want to come immediately.
12. Try squeezing your PC muscles around your finger or sex toy – often this can be extremely pleasurable as well. Using your PC muscles like this can help you to have orgasm without ejaculation, to stop your ejaculation as well as to have multiple orgasms. You can identify your PC muscles as the ones you would use to stop the flow of your urine.
13. Continue to explore and notice what feels best to you, getting comfortable with anal penetration in general as well as prostate masturbation. Resist the temptation to bring yourself immediately to orgasm, but keeping backing off and continue the cycle of arousal.
14. The point of this prostate masturbation exercise is not to have an orgasm – but if it happens at some point, no worries – nice side benefit!
15. When you are finished, clean up using the towels and congratulate yourself for going where no man has likely gone before!

Masturbation and pornography

At some point in their lives, almost all men will masturbate while looking at newspaper pin-ups, top-shelf magazines or sexy DVDs.
For a single guy, viewing porn is seen as a pretty normal activity nowadays.
Some single men do worry that they might get fixated on it, but the majority of them have no trouble in transferring most of their sexual focus to a real, live, warm, sexy female when they meet one.
Masturbation using porn is more of an issue when a man is in a committed relationship. Some of these men worry that what they’re doing is wrong – even if they don’t want to stop. And of course many female partners have a problem with this sort of activity and can feel bitterly rejected and threatened by it.
But most men who are in relationships are able to compartmentalise this kind of sexual behaviour. They may only do it occasionally, and they feel it has no bearing whatsoever on their love and desire for their partners.
But – and this is important – this kind of sexual indulgence ceases to be normal when a man actually prefers it to having sex with his partner. When this happens, the relationship is usually in some trouble. Today, it is increasingly common for Internet porn to create that kind of relationship problem (see below).
In such cases, it’s not uncommon for men to use porn more and more for relief, rather than face up to sorting out sexual or relationship difficulties. This kind of avoidance behaviour almost invariably worsens an already problematic situation.
If a man wants to save his relationship, but feels increasingly dependent on pornography, he should seek help. (See Further information for more details.)

Masturbation and the Internet

Since round about the beginning of the 21st century, more and more men have been masturbating while using the Internet.
When this involves viewing the sort of pornographic images that you can also get on video, the situation is similar to when a man uses magazines or blue movies – in other words, he’s not getting involved with anybody else.
But when the activity involves masturbating to orgasm while ‘talking’ by use of the keyboard with another person, then this cannot honestly be judged as a solo activity, or as simple masturbation.
In fact, it can be seen as an act of infidelity – if the man in question is married or committed to a serious sexual relationship.
In 2010, it’s become surprisingly common for people to install video and audio equipment, so that they can see and talk to others while masturbating.
The advent of the website ‘Chat Roulette’, which currently (2010) receives 500,000 visitors a day, has had an enormous impact. The idea of this set-up is that men and women are connected randomly to others in various parts of the world, and they can masturbate in front of them.
Most partners would regard this activity as definite infidelity. In fairness, the rules of the site are supposed to prohibit ‘pornographic behaviour’.
 CAN I WANK TO MUCH?
As little boys growing up, often times we were told to “stop or you’ll go blind.” Not to mention that whole hairy palms deal (I was actually looking forward to that). No matter what any adult told us about masturbating, it’s a fact that 94% of teenage boys masturbate (the other 6% were probably lying).

And what about adult men like yourselves? Well, it’s always hard to establish definitive truths in any survey on sexuality and sexual behaviour since they are highly influenced by what people imagine is normal, but one thing seems likely: the vast majority of men masturbate at some point in their life and many men do it on a regular basis.

Why Should We?

In 1994, Dr. Jocelyn Elders actually lost her job as the USsurgeon-general because she stated that masturbation should actually be taught to boys. Although she lost her job for it, Elders made a very good point. Teaching lads how to masturbate can actually be quite beneficial in their lives.
Playing with your weasel can help you learn how to control and delay your responsiveness so that pleasure is heightened for both you and your partner when you finally do reach orgasm. Also, for some men, it is the foundation for learning advanced sexual techniques like becoming multi-orgasmic (although this one is quite a rarity among men).

But Wait, There’s More!

Besides the fact that it can actually help you with women, it also feels pretty darn good and pleasurable. Ah yes, pure self-gratification; you don’t have to worry about anyone getting off but yourself.
In addition to feeling so delightful, masturbating relieves sexual tension that builds up naturally over time (have you ever seen there’s something about Mary?). Nearly every living, breathing male gets horny, at which time his mind becomes overly preoccupied with erotic (or even perverse) thoughts.
This is a very normal process: your sex organs produce and accumulate semen, and your body responds accordingly by making you want to release the ejaculate in order to make room for more (what a wonderful cycle, huh?).

Can I Die From It?

Even today, some men still think that there are some major repercussions that follow masturbation. So let me say this once and for all: Masturbation is completely safe. It doesn’t affect the size of your penis, or even your ability to get an erection or have children. Instead, it’s a great way to perfect your sexual technique (penis control) when you’re ready for it. Actually, masturbating before engaging in sex with your partner can help you last longer.
Like I mentioned at the start of the article, it was commonly believed, once upon a time, that masturbation caused blindness, insanity, hairy palms, or other weird ailments. All of these terrible beliefs have obviously been disproved through modern science (not common sense, mind you.) Imagine if the folklore was true… just about every man in the world would be roaming the streets blind as a bat, with hairy hands and an uncontrollable twitch.

Why Hide It?

If you are a masturbator, don’t hide it; but don’t post a sign on your forehead either. If your girlfriend asks you whether you choke the chicken or not, admit it. As long as you don’t give off the impression that you’re thinking of other women at the time, she’ll be cool with it. You can even incorporate masturbation into your sexual sessions if you like.
There’s nothing a woman loves more than when you tell her that you were thinking about her so intensely that you just had to play with yourself. Most women I’ve conversed with have admitted that one of their greatest fantasies would be to catch their boyfriends masturbating and then complete the task for them.

How Much Is Too Much?

I’m sure that all guys, when they first discovered it, were masturbating more often than they were urinating. It’s not surprising that some guys still think that they may be doing it too often. The problems that can occur though, have more to do with the psychological aspect of it all rather than the physical.
Men who masturbate chronically may be doing so because they are uncomfortable with their bodies (self-conscious, insecure); they don’t like women and can’t face up to it; or they may simply have an unusually high sex drive.
If your masturbating gets in the way of your daily activities, then perhaps it’s time to cut back on the pocket pool. And if you begin to prefer masturbating over having sex with your girlfriend, or any woman for that matter, then you need to stop and ask yourself why.
AND SOME MORE WAYS OF WANKING

Given the amount of attention to this important body part, it is strange that there is so much myth, mystery and misinformation about the penis. First off, there are no bones or muscles in the penis. As you get close to orgasm, squeeze a little harder. You’ll feel the semen pumping throughout your scrotum and into your shaft as you orgasm, making for an intense experience

YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES

Male masturbation techniques are influenced by a number of factors and personal preferences. Techniques may also differ between males who have been circumcised and those who have not. Some techniques which may work for one individual can be difficult or uncomfortable for another.
The most common male masturbation technique is simply to hold the penis with a loose fist and then to move the hand up and down the shaft. This type of stimulation is typically all that is required to achieve orgasm and ejaculation. The speed of the hand motion will vary from person to person, although it is not uncommon for the speed to increase as ejaculation nears and for it to decrease during the ejaculation itself. For males who have not been circumcised, stimulation of the penis in this way comes from the “pumping” of the foreskin, in which the foreskin is held and slid up and down over the glans, which depending on foreskin length, is completely or partially covered and then uncovered in a rapid motion. During this time, the glans itself may widen and lengthen as the stimulation continues, becoming slightly darker in colour, while the rapid sliding motion of the foreskin reduces friction. For circumcised males, on whom the glans is mostly or completely uncovered, this technique creates more direct contact between the hand and the glans. To avoid soreness from this resulting friction, some may prefer to use a personal lubricant during masturbation.
Another technique used by many males is to place just the index finger and thumb around the penis about halfway along the penis and repeatedly slide the shaft skin up and down. A variation on this is to place the fingers and thumb on the penis as if playing a flute, and then shuttle them back and forth. Another common technique is to lie face down on a comfortable surface such as a mattress or pillow and rub the penis against it. This technique may include the use of a simulacrum, or artificial vagina or anus. In the absence of such devices, males frequently fantasize that they are engaged in sexual relations with a partner and may seek to enhance the fantasy by viewing pornographic pictures while they are masturbating.
There are many other variations on male masturbation techniques. Men may also rub or massage the glans, the rim of the glans, and the frenular delta.. Some men place both hands directly on their penis during masturbation, while others may use their free hand to fondle their testicles, nipples, or other parts of their body. The nipples are erogenous zones, and vigorous stimulation of them during masturbation usually causes the penis to become erect more quickly than it would otherwise. Some may keep their hand stationary while pumping into it with pelvic thrusts in order to simulate the motions of sexual intercourse. Others may also use vibrators and other sexual devices more commonly associated with female masturbation. A few extremely flexible males can reach and stimulate their penis with their tongue or lips, and so perform autoffellatio.
The prostate gland is one of the organs that contribute fluid to semen. As the prostate is touch-sensitive, some directly stimulate it using a well-lubricated finger or dildo inserted through the anus into the rectum.. Stimulating the prostate from outside, via pressure on the perineum, can be pleasurable as well. Some men also enjoy anal stimulation, with fingers or otherwise, without any prostate stimulation.
A somewhat controversial ejaculation control technique is to put pressure on the perineum, about halfway between the scrotum and the anus, just before ejaculating. This can, however, redirect semen into the bladder (referred to as retrograde ejaculation).

Masturbation: 5 Things You Didn’t Know

1. There’s no such thing as “abnormal” masturbation.

Men often wonder if there’s something abnormal about the way they masturbate. But experts are loath to offer specific definitions of “normal” and “abnormal,” pointing out that men show great variations in both frequency and technique. “We humans are too diverse to establish a norm,” says Betty Dodson, PhD, a New York City-based sexologist and the author of Sex for One. Every man masturbates in his own way, says Martha Cornog, the author of The Big Book of Masturbation, whether he “uses his hands, rubs against something, uses a sex toy or household object, wears special clothing, fantasizes, looks at a book or magazine, tries different positions, or looks in a mirror.”

2. Masturbation is very safe — but not entirely safe.

Unlike sex with a partner, masturbation can’t give you a sexually transmitted disease. Nor will it subject you to the muscle strains, pokes in the eye, and awkward moments that can come with partner sex. But masturbation safety isn’t guaranteed. “Masturbation is just about the safest sex there is,” says Cornog. “But the laws of physics and biology don’t stop operating just because someone is masturbating.”
Frequent or overly vigorous masturbation can irritate the skin of the penis, as the average guy knows all too well. Less well known is that habitually masturbating face down — for example, by thrusting against a sheet, pillow, or even a carpeted floor — can injure the urethra in such a way that urine exits the penis not in a stream but in a hard-to-control spray. Barbara Bartlik, MD, a psychiatrist and sex therapist inNew York City, says she’s seen facedown masturbators with urethral trauma so severe that they are no longer able to use a urinal and must urinate while seated.
In certain extremely rare instances, masturbation and partner sex alike can cause penile fracture. This painful condition — actually a tear in the tunica albuginea, the whitish tissue surrounding the penis’s spongy layers — occurs when an erect penis strikes a hard object or is forced downward. A medical emergency, it often necessitates surgery.

3. Solo sex can supercharge your sex life — or scuttle it.

For various reasons, solo sex can be a real boon to sex with a partner. It helps teach men about their own sexual response — what feels good to them and what doesn’t — so they will be better able to explain to their partners just how they like to be touched. It helps men learn to recognize the “moment of inevitability” just before orgasm and helps teach them how to avoid premature ejaculation.. Perhaps most significant, it’s a great coping mechanism for any man whose partner is temporarily unavailable for sex — because of absence or illness — or has a sex drive that doesn’t quite match his own (something sex therapists call a disparity in frequency preference).
Of course, some men become so obsessed with solo sex that they begin to lose interest in having sex with their partner. The resulting hurt feelings and alienation a partner feels can make it hard to sustain the relationship. But experts are quick to point out that masturbation is perfectly OK even for men in a committed relationship. “We cannot assume that just because a man masturbates that there is a problem with his primary relationship,” says Bartlik.

4. Certain forms of masturbation can lead to sexual dysfunction.

Experts warn that men who frequently stimulate themselves in ways that don’t simulate sex with a partner — for example, stroking very rapidly or with great pressure or friction — can develop retarded ejaculation. That’s a type of sexual dysfunction in which it is difficult or even impossible to climax during partnered sex. “Any man experiencing any sexual dysfunction should ask himself if he’s masturbating in ways that produce sensations that differ from those he gets from his partner’s hand, mouth, or anus,” says Michael A. Perelman, PhD, clinical associate professor of psychiatry, reproductive medicine, and urology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and the president of the Society for Sex Therapy and Research “Then he should consider what he could say to her to make the stimulation more similar — and how he could change the way he masturbates to make it feel more similar to what his partner does.”

5. Masturbation may affect the risk for prostate cancer.

The relationship between masturbation and prostate cancer is a bit hazy.
A 2003 Australian study published in BJU International linked frequent ejaculation early in life with reduced risk for prostate cancer later on. But in a 2004 study published in The Journal of the American Medical Association, a researcher reported that “ejaculation frequency is not related to increased risk of prostate cancer.” In both these studies, ejaculation frequency included sexual intercourse and masturbation.
In a study published this past January in BJU International, researchers found that frequent masturbation in young men raised the risk for prostate cancer but that frequent masturbation in older men lowered the risk. Sexual intercourse did not affect prostate cancer risk.
The researchers theorize that it may not be the masturbation itself which is increasing risk of prostate cancer in men who masturbate frequently in their 20s and 30s. Men who masturbate more may do so because they have high levels of male sex hormones — and young men genetically predisposed to have hormone-sensitive prostate cancer will be at higher risk if they have more male hormones. In men over age 50, the researchers theorize, frequent masturbation helps drain the prostate of fluids that may contain cancer-causing substances.

GO ON,HAVE A WANK

As my old Gran often says, “Every man wanks, and the ones who say they don’t are lying”.  I suspect he might be right, and let’s face it, how cool is it that you can do this thing that feels so great and it’s safe, free and you can do it whenever you like, within the confines of normal social niceties that is.
Having someone else wank you off, well that’s an interesting one.  Some guys love it and for others they would rather be wanking themselves off because they know exactly how to do it.
One good thing is to lubricate your hand in some way if you are wanking him off, especially if he has been circumcised.  He’ll thank you for it.  Spit’s as good as anything to be honest.
One very nice thing you can do as part of jerking him off is to lubricate your hand well and then gently twist and rub your palm around the head of his cock.  Always makes ‘em smile!
Oh, and just in case you were wondering you can’t wank too much and you will never go blind because you wanked, unless there is some freak accident or something.
………..and talking dirty:- Simple, easy, although odd how shy people can get when alone with a partner?  Best not to try and be too contrived.  Talk over your fantasies with each other and see how easy it gets.
No different than cybersex when you think about it, oh and keep a sense of humour … sex should be fun.
